"Do this to remember me..."
April 17, 5:30pm supper, 6:30 worship: Come be a part of our Maundy Thursday communion service of remembrance. "Maundy" derives from the Latin mandare or mandatum meaning "to command" (our word mandate comes from the same root). It refers to the two commandments given by Jesus as He shared the Passover meal with His disciples: "Do this in remembrance of me," and"Love one another as I have loved you.” |
"He is risen, indeed!"
