Building a sturdy house of faith includes data (evidence), and this series presents data worthy of serious consideration. However, the accumulation of information alone does not guarantee a deep and saving faith in Christ. Data/evidence provides the bricks necessary for building, but the foundation of faith remains a personal encounter with God. As C.S. Lewis wrote, faith "is the art of holding onto things your reason has once accepted." Evidence can point the Way, but it cannot replace encounter with the Waymaker.
